Maxillary midline diastema is a frequently occurring malocclusion found to be common aesthetic complaint of patients. It occurs due multifactorial etiology such as labial frenum, microdontia, and oral habits thumb sucking, Tongue thrusting, or Dental malformations. Proper technique materials for successful treatment are grounded on time the patient's physical, psychological, economical conditions. The use Direct composite resin restoration in closure permits dentist patients gain complete control above-mentioned recreation an natural smile. case report describes using direct restoration. patient was recalled follow-up 1 year. No discoloration, sensitivity, line demarcation, fracture lines were seen. Therefore, considered highly aesthetic, durable could fulfill need present case.
